SECOND MILE - Spring 2026

Second Mile is a transformative, six-week leadership intensive designed to equip and challenge emerging and established leaders within ALL PEOPLE. This is more than a course—it’s an intentional investment in you.

You have been hand-selected because we see the potential in you, the influence you carry, and the leader you are becoming. We believe in you, and this is our way of sharpening, strengthening, and empowering you to step into the next level of leadership. You are not here by accident—you have been chosen for more.

Program Structure

• Fall Semester: April 26 - June 7, 2026
• Schedule: Sunday evenings, 3-6 PM
• Location: All People Main Auditorium 
• Format: Combination of recorded teachings, live instruction, group discussions, prayer, and practical leadership exercises.

Curriculum

Each week focuses on a core leadership principle:
Week 1: Vision, Mission, Purpose – Understanding the heart of leadership.
Week 2: Spiritual Disciplines of a Leader – Developing a strong personal walk with God.
Week 3: Language of Leadership – The power of words and communication in ministry.
Week 4: Leadership Behaviors – Instilling essential leadership habits.
Week 5: The Pains of Leadership – Navigating challenges with resilience.
Week 6: The Power of Community – Leading through relationships and teamwork.

Expectations & Requirements

• Reading & Assignments: Participants will complete reading, written reflections, or video responses.
• Participation: Engaging in class discussion, and lectures. 
• Commitment: Leaders must actively apply what they learn and demonstrate leadership growth.
